This was my first time visiting an Auto Repair shop for my first car. I don't know that much about the car and obviously I was afraid to be ripped of for some unnecessary part and service.

The issue with my car was a kind of annoying noise from rear struts, and I was ready to hear that I need new shocks/struts (~$1000.0), but they were very honest and told me that I just need new bolts which is just $35.0. Considering that they realised that I don't know that much about the car and parts, I really appreciate their honesty.

The service and honesty at Right–Tech can't be beat. In my time I have been to many different auto shops. I really appreciate the "true customer service" that Van and his crew provide. It is a breath of fresh air with how the team is willing to answer questions honestly and in plain english. They don't talk down to you. No job is too small and no question is "stupid" As a result I have learned more.about how my vehicle operates and the proper measures to take to ensure that it runs smoothly. Great shop, they provide excellent service, are fast, and very helpful. It's hard to find great mechanics, but these guys are experienced professionals that do quality work. I had a pleasant experience at Right Tech Auto dealing with Van. I was lucky to run into Van past close when I towed my car in at around 7PM. He opened the door and got me set up so that I didn't have to return in the morning. They fixed my car in a timely fashion, and at fair price. I will definitely be returning if I run into any other issues.

Right Tech is the best shop around! Quality work and reliable service every time. Had a great experience with these guys. Amazing customer service from Van, Jack and entire team. Would recommend to anyone looking for an honest auto repair. Quality work, and quality people. Fantastic Service!!! I checked google for an authorized Land Rover dealer and Right-Tech came up for my area. I went there for work to be done on my Range. Van, as well as the entire team treated me awesomely! They did a full check of my vehicle as well as did the work thoroughly, efficiently and cleanly with no issues at all. I've found my new trusted auto shop, which is not easy to find for high end vehicles!

By the way, they have the best espresso I've had in a long time!!!

I use to work at Right Tech auto service a while back as a service advicer. I was reading the latest reviews on Google and nothing can be further from the truth. Right Tech auto service is a family owned business, the technicians are some of the best mechanics in the business. I have seen them diagnose high end vehicle, that the owner of the vehicle claimed they had been to numerous repair shop and nobody can figure out the problem. Right Tech figure out and repair the problem in the time promised to owner. I feel very lucky to have work with such professional, and nice people. So if you are writing a review, and it is a cost issue, tell it as it is. Don't attack the knowledge of the mechanics and staff , like i said some of the best in the business, Right Tech never claimed to be the cheapest repair shop, they claimed to be one of the best, which they are.

I came in because I had a flat tire. It was my first time there. I was instantly greeted with a smile. They were very professional and actually showed me what the issue was with my tire. They did an amazing job in sealing it. I have a Volkswagen Jetta 2021, there was some problem with the drive shaft so I went to Volkswagen because it was under guarantee but they were charging me for it after that i came to Right Tech and after doing the diagnosis they told me there is problem with DRIVESHAFT and should be covered under guarantee they called Volkswagen on behalf on to check they cover the guarantee and not only this didn’t charger me anything, diagnosis is almost $180. Mr. Jack understood my problem and said its unfair to charge you for this. Would recommend everyone to visit this location, they give genuine advise and are nice people.

My brake lines burst. I needed a shop urgently to help me out and they happily obliged after being pushed aside by a couple of shops already, as they understood that the braking system is one of the most important systems in a car. They took me in and fixed it same day, as I do live near Barrie, that, I would not have any transportation to get home. Their customer service is excellent, easy to talk to people. Highly recommended.
